Tiffany Renner is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Idaho and a Tenured Assistant Professor of Social Work at Lewis-Clark State College. Tiffany has been a social worker for 30 years, bringing extensive experience from a variety of social work settings. Prior to joining the faculty at Lewis-Clark State College, Tiffany’s professional experience included community mental health, child development, adolescent acute care, child welfare, and foster care training and recruitment. Her diverse practice background continues to inform her teaching and her commitment to preparing students for meaningful and sustainable careers in social work. Tiffany strongly believes that helpers of all kinds need the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to care for themselves while caring for others. She is passionate about helping future social workers recognize self-care not as an afterthought, but as an essential component of ethical, effective, and sustainable professional practice.
